Particularly the last thing I have to do before I leave New Zealand to return to the UK is to explore the results of the recent ‘second match’ with Larissa. In a previous posting I mentioned that I had struggled with her singed hair but as convinced there was a stunning face to reveal. And I was right. The results were described by my wife as ‘making her look like an Anna Karenina’ which is one way to describe them. Larissa had brought some interesting clothes, some translucent and some very ‘dressy’ and had recently plaited her hair. The result was excellent and I made a real effort to cluster the light to avoid unnecessary shadows and to many points in the eye. It was also very satisfying to see how much more confidence she had developed since the first session and she seems more settled into life in New Zealand.
