Tilly (1992)

I have very fond memories of Tilly. She was incredibly bright and intelligent young woman and we had some great conversations (as the contact sheet attests full of ‘duff’ animated images). I am particularly proud of the images we took in this single session in my room up in the roof in Oxford Road in Exeter in 1992. The film produced such a wonderful grain and the light, as times a little bland would occasionally brighten up to produce wonderful contrast. I like the way the thin carpet (I seem to remember it was pink!) wraps around the old floorboards. The door into the loft was a hobbit’s size and the roof sloped dangerously low. These images are three of just many favourites.
